Breaking Russia Up to Undermine China

“Are we blind? Deploy the garrison!” is my favorite line in all the Star Wars movies; this line is from Rogue One.

However, the first part, “Are we blind,” really pertains to our nonchalant and all-talk approach to China’s goal: to be not merely a peer superpower, but the only superpower. Even as China reaches peer status by 2030–2035 from both a military and economic standpoint, China won’t stop trying to make the U.S. a submissive sub-power or a nation with no power at all. Due to this, the USA must use every possible action to counter this.

China has a 100-point plan to undermine the USA, and this is not merely spoken—it is put into action.

Let’s start with a few of the acts that are not accidental, but purposeful:

  • Fentanyl is a Chinese concoction to kill Americans, specifically men. If Fentanyl is an incredibly cheap and easy-to-transport drug, why is it primarily a U.S. issue? Europe has less than 10% of the same number of deaths, and let’s face a fact: Europe’s drugs also come from Latin America. The fact is, China is pushing Fentanyl to undermine the U.S. on purpose; it is a silent war that has killed over 3 million Americans in the last fifteen years. Here is a fact: about 1 million officially died. However, I don’t know anyone who has died of Fentanyl, yet I do know six people who I knew to be drug users who died under 50 years of age. Out of respect for the family, the coroner stated the cause of death was from other reasons such as heart failure. The hidden toll of Fentanyl is factually a hidden problem, because two-thirds of the deaths are not poor Americans; they are working Americans. Of the people I knew who died, one was making over $180,000 a year at a defense contractor, and the other was making over $400,000 as head of corporate software sales at a tech company—he was listed as a heart attack victim. All well-to-do people who die from Fentanyl will be reported as other causes.
  • China is funding radical leftist groups with the express purpose of having those groups support leftist foreign governments that are aligned with China. Yes, this is insane. The tragic reality I see is that U.S. foreign policy is driven not by government objectives, but by ideology. This was funded by China, by China backing leftist groups. This is a tragedy, and the leaders of both parties need to come together and address this. They must agree that the USA will support pro-American presidents, dictators, and leaders in any country instead of, for example, supporting anti-American leadership in Brazil.
  • China is funding radical green groups to promote a green agenda in the USA, in order to undermine the U.S. fossil fuel sector.
  • China is using its oil storage capacity to manipulate energy prices. I will give an example: President Trump wants oil prices to drop so inflation goes away, and an oil glut will occur in 2026. However, China has about 800 million barrels of oil capacity, and China doesn’t want the price to drop too low. The reason is they want U.S. inflation to be high; this will hurt Trump and assist Democrats in the mid-term elections. Thus, right now China is buying for storage 1.1 million barrels per day, so over the next six months that is 200 million barrels. However, China will buy far more barrels, probably around 2.5 million barrels a day if the price drops down below $55 a barrel. The point is, China wants high inflation in the USA, which hurts Trump.
  • China is using bots and online profiles to exacerbate left and right opinions so that there is more friction.
  • China is using trade to suppress the USA. China is using trade to build unbreaking economic partnerships.
  • Ship building with dual military purposes.
  • China is flooding the U.S. market to undermine strategic, necessary industries. In the 2000s, they flooded the USA with tool and die equipment to undermine the U.S. tool and die industry, an industry that is needed in time of war.
  • China is stealing technology.
  • China is hurting certain countries by not trading with them so they can build a bond via debt diplomacy.
  • China is building up the economies of its key strategic partners, Russia and Brazil, as China is basically stopping buying American agriculture products and 100% focusing on Brazil, which is making a closer symbiotic relationship between the two.
  • China is creating Gold Warrants as a way for financial institutions to start trusting China’s economic situation versus the U.S. Fiat money printing situation.

There are numerous more things China is doing. However, they have a 100-point approach to hurt the USA, and these are just some of them. The only way to crush the USA is to divide and conquer.

The USA has to make a 100-point plan to undermine China in every facet of society. The first point is that when approaching foreign issues outside the USA, both Democrats and Republicans must be on the same page. Do not support anti-American, ideology-similar regimes, on both sides. The Democrats and Republicans would both be horrified that we are supporting anti-American regimes that are aligned with China, simply because they happen to be on one side of the pendulum.

The second point, which would be to the huge benefit of the USA, is to hollow out China’s strategic partners, just as China has been flooding the USA with lethal drugs to hollow out the USA. The USA doesn’t specifically want too many Chinese immigrants, as they typically have an allegiance to the Chinese Communist Party and there is a risk of being spies.

China created a strong partnership with Egypt. It did this by breaking Egypt and then providing them with massive loans. They broke Egypt by basically buying none of their exports, creating dollar scarcity, and then promoting Chinese financing options.

BRICS is Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, and a few other countries. The solution for Brazil, Russia, and South Africa is to open the USA to immigrants.

This article will focus on Russia. However, in general, the USA needs about 20 million immigrants over the next five years to head off a massive economic decline due to 17 million retirees entering retirement and sucking money out of their 401(k)s to live on, resulting in a massive decline in the stock market.

In the case of South Africa and Brazil, the goal is to create a brain drain, taking their best and brightest and allowing them to immigrate to the USA, preferably people under 45 years of age, and will be specifically open to doctors. The goal is to take 200,000 doctors from Brazil out of their 575,000 doctors. This will further hollow out these countries and provide China with weaker partners.

Russia is a different situation; the goal here is to break Russia up. This can be done as Russia has 21 different Republics. One interesting Republic is Karelia, and this borders Finland. If this was a separate country, then Karelia would act as a buffer against Russia. However, if eight of the 21 Republics broke away, it would not matter; Russia would be a paper bear. There are a total of eight Republics that have strong independence movements.

This is a population harvesting of Russia.

Since 2008, which saw Russia’s population fall to 142.7 million, the Russian government has been performing demographic harvesting. The problem is most Western people don’t want to move to Russia. This demographic harvesting has focused on the countries with ‘stans in them, such as Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and about 500,000 Chinese.

By 2018, it reached a peak of 146.9 million people, but the population started falling rapidly in 2020 and 2021. It fell by 700,000 in 2020 (to 146.2 million) and further in 2021 (to 145.6 million). People went home; living in Russia didn’t result in a better life or higher wages, and Putin’s plan to demographic harvest populations from its neighbors to stock up the Russian demographic decline failed.

The next phase was population annexing, and this is the third reason he went into Ukraine. The first reason is because he thought they would want to be a part of Russia based on misguided intelligence. The second reason is he thought he could take Ukraine in a week, and the third reason is because Russia needed +40 million people. This nonsense about rebuilding the Soviet Union is perhaps reason 10, however Western experts place it as reason 1.

Why is territory not the reason for the invasion? This is a contrarian view. However, let’s look at the facts. The territory of Ukraine is literally 3% the area of Russia proper. The pitch that he wants more real estate is nonsense. Now, bringing back the former glory of the Soviet Union is nonsense as well, as it can’t be done without people. The reason is demographics. This is the second reason why Putin invaded Ukraine; the first reason is because he thought he could get it done in a week. Yet, the population would expand Russia’s population by 28%.

Why is Putin so concerned about the population decline? The reality is that Russia has reached its decline before it became rich. This decline is a critical situation, as experts state it will result in the break-up of Russia. As the Moscow government becomes poorer, it will be harder to contain separatist movements in the 21 Republics.

Let’s face the fact: Russia is ripe for collapse. It is surprising they are able to keep this together: 21 republics, 9 territories, 46 regions, 1 autonomous region, 4 autonomous districts, and 2 cities of federal subordination: Moscow and St. Petersburg.

So, how to make Russia break into 21 separate countries or republics is easier than people may realize. The power base is Moscow and St. Petersburg, so the focus—even if there is a recession in all of Russia—is that Moscow and St. Petersburg are still going to be somewhat thriving. The only way to make it so Moscow and St. Petersburg are not thriving is to remove population. There are 27 million people in the two metro areas.

The plan is simple: brain drain and childbearing female drain. The USA and Europe need to quietly open up the floodgates to immigrants—specifically ethnic Russian women aged 18 to 32 who have no military service or employment—living in the Moscow or St. Petersburg Metro regions (approximately 71.3% of the population). This would also apply to college-educated men with technical backgrounds who are ethnic Russian. We want all the childbearing women and only the intelligent men.

Only 4% of the Russian population has served in the military, so we want to avoid these people.

Why do we want to avoid the minority populations? Well, many of these are from the Republics that we want to rise up and break away. If we take their base and their population, then those Republics will be weaker. If this plan is executed by 2040, Russia could see that Ethnic Russians’ percent of the population will drop from 71.3% to 60%.

Why? We want to weaken Putin’s base by removing his ethnic supporters (people who he looks like). We want to cripple the size of the population for future generations to hasten the demographic shift. We want to focus on the two regions that drive the economy: Moscow and St. Petersburg. The interior of Russia is already hollowed out, as people have left for the cities, men have been drawn into the war with Ukraine, and people staying will continue to stay in their small town. It makes no sense to remove people who are not major contributors to the economy. The goal is to go after the drivers of economic growth.

For both men and women in the St. Petersburg and Moscow Metro Areas with ages of 18 to 32, there are about 5.4 to 6.4 million people. We already know the ethnic bracket is about 71.3%, so that means it is approximately 4.56 million people, of which it is slightly more women. The college graduation rate in Russia is about 53%.

25% to 40% of Russian woman are single mothers, the estimates place this at 3,000,000 mothers, so allowing about 50% of this population and their children to immigrate to the USA, would greatly repair the drop off of births in the USA since 2008.

So, the target is approximately 1.2 million men and 2.4 million women that would have a devastating impact on Russia’s economy. If I was advising the President of the USA, I would aim for between 2 and 3 million Russians to immigrate a year, and I would especially target 18-year-olds or 32-year-olds with children in the bracket of 1 to 15 years old, an age bracket the USA has a shortage of.

On a side note, after Russia collapses and is no longer a threat, I would aim for 200,000 a year from Belarus, over five years, which would hollow out the Belarus population of 9.1 million. Also focusing exclusively on 18 to 30-year-old females, which also has an oscillating population left over from World War II. The leader of Belarus would not be able to hold things together if they had no young adults. Only 600,000 women fall into this category. This can’t happen before as hollowing out Belarus would result in Russia taking it over, which they have already basiacally done.

It would require about 3.6 million people to leave these regions to severely hurt Russia’s war economy and general economy. However, the USA needs about 20 million people to offset the situation.

A strategy that works:

  1. Females living in Russia and Belarus who want to come to the USA can sign up and apply to jobs in the USA, of which there are 7.2 million job openings. The reason there are so many openings is because people don’t live where the jobs are. However, immigrants can come to the USA if they want to go to those places and if they have a job.
  2. There are nearly 500,000 manufacturing job openings in the USA right now.

To help the U.S. Economy, we must get these people into these jobs so that there are more consumers and more people working.

Short-sighted thinking always wins:

To give reference, Europe accepted about 5 million war refugees from Ukraine. If the USA and Europe were to accept 5 million at a minimal from Russia, Russia’s economy would have already broken. If Europe and the USA were to take 8.64 million females between 18 and 32 over a one-year period, then Russia will collapse, and the Republics would want to leave.

Why do I say this? Losing a large chunk of the population will cause an economic depression. This will cause high inflation, and because Russia’s economy is simply an economy of the poor and the ultra-wealthy (of which the ultra-wealthy pay little tax), Russia will have no way to pull itself out of a depression. The Republics will lose financial support from Moscow, which kept them quiet. However, the same financial support, but with a far lower purchasing power, will make these Republics discontent. They will then want to exit, as the only solution for prosperity.

The damage of this plan:

Imagine 8.6 million women leaving and not bringing babies to the population—this will be 1.41 births per woman. This is 3.526 million fewer babies to carry on Russia. This is basically everyone in a generation. This will result in far fewer grandchildren. The entire plan wipes out 15 million from Russia’s population by 2050.

The Execution of this Strategy

Not all Russians will want to immigrate. President Putin, at any hint that Europe and the USA are population harvesting millions of people (just as Russia has been doing to the ‘Stans), will put up walls to keep people in.

This is why the plan must be done as a small announcement, mentioning only 14,500 individuals. However, as people apply, the bigger picture of demand will be seen. How many people will be interested? The “get out the word” messaging can be done on Russian social media, with no college education necessary.

As millions of people apply in both Russia and Belarus, the U.S. government and EU can check all the criteria and can aim to bring people to enter Europe in Finland, Estonia, Lithuania, Belarus, and Latvia. The best way is for Russians immigrating to fly out of Minsk, as it will be easier for Russians to exit Russia into Belarus than for Russians to exit directly into Europe. Once in Belarus, it will be easier for Russians to enter Europe or fly out of Minsk to the United States.

The goal would be to aim to bring in 3.6 million Russians in the first year, 500,000 highly educated Brazilians, and 200,000 Belarusians. Then, as obstacles are raised to stop the exodus, to hope that at least 1 million people will be able to leave each year after this for as long as it takes.

Population harvesting countries that want to supplant the USA as the next superpower is key to maintaining the USA as a superpower. Some people against immigration may balk at the idea of millions of people showing up. However, the fact is that there are 7 million job openings in locations that many people don’t want to live. So, bringing in doctors to rural regions of the USA and people to work in factories will help the USA, not hurt the USA.

To Stop China’s rise will require the USA to undermine China’s partner countries. Sorry if you disagree, this is fact, not opinion.
